As a bride who planned her whole wedding herself, I understand the struggle and late nights researching option after option, not sure if I was making the right choices. I am so passionate about helping brides find their confidence through intentional self-care habits, creating a healthy relationship with their bodies, and with stress-management because I know what it's like to feel stuck in decision fatigue, the paralyzing overwhelm state, and being too good at people-pleasing.

Since a young age, I was always drawn to self-improvement books and eventually courses and therapy. Therapy was so helpful, but I naturally grew out of it as I understood the reprogramming techniques and self-observation methods. 

From there, I heavily invested my time into healing and reprogramming my mindset, enhancing my self-care routine, learning about women's hormones, and building my confidence so I could set healthy boundaries in relationships and trust my decisions. As a result, I found myself running self-care challenges, launched a self-care + finance planner (perfect for brides!), planned my dream destination diy wedding, and now of course, this wellness program for brides.
